Denise Smidt RN,BSN, joins the team at Advanced Athletics with 45 years of nursing experience. She lives in Sealy, has raised 2 sons and has 3 precious grandchildren. Coming from a variety of nursing settings including home health, psychiatrics, and hospital positions, she has ventured out into the field of IV hydration. Denise has provided IV therapy to athletics at rodeo events, sports training facilities, and for athletes & non-athletes post illness, pre and post travel. Adults to advanced ages who struggle to maintain hydration due to chronic illness or environmental challenges have greatly benefited as well. Focusing on the importance of hydration, diet, and the person’s activities of daily living, Denise is cheerfully dedicated to providing very personalized and highly individualized IV therapy tailored to meet your hydration and nutritional needs.
