Advanced Athletics Club 

After-School Athletic Development Program With Pick-Up Service

For all AAC Team Athletes ( Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Pole vault ) and open to Grades 3rd and up!

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Transportation:

School bus delivery is available for some grades at Sealy ISD. The bus will drop off kids at the road entrance of the facility for easy access or you are welcome to have your athletes  dropped off at our facility between 3:30 and 4 pm. 

What to Expect:

Upon arrival, your student athlete will have a designated area for study and relaxation, along with time to enjoy a healthy snack and drink. Snacks may include Gatorade or water with a crustable and a health bar.

Starting around 4:15 pm, we will begin our professional athletic development program. This program is an excellent development tool for all athletes, featuring stretching, lifting, plyometrics, eye-hand coordination drills, and daily sport play such as volleyball, pickleball, basketball, softball, baseball, soccer, or cross-country training.

The session concludes at 5:30 pm, ensuring your athlete is trained, relaxed, and ready for pick-up.

Your kids will be closely monitored by professionals, ensuring they receive valuable fitness training and quality after-school time to close out the day.

The program starts on the first day of school, and you will be billed on your start date each month.  No contract you can cancel at any time.
