New to pole vaulting? Start here!
Our 1-Hour Beginner Pole Vault Introduction Session is required for all new vaulters and is designed to provide a safe, fun, and confidence-building introduction to the sport.
During this session, athletes will learn the fundamentals of pole vault, including proper grip, carrying the pole, approach mechanics, plant drills, takeoff basics, and safety procedures. Our experienced coaches will assess each athlete's skill level and help build a strong foundation for future success.
This introductory session prepares athletes to confidently join our weekly pole vault practices and train alongside our current vaulters.
