A comprehensive daily schedule designed to develop well-rounded athletes
Pickup & Snack

Time: 3:30-4:15 PM

Safe school transport with nutritious snacks including Gatorade or water, crustables, and health bars. Athletes have designated areas for study and relaxation before training begins.

Dynamic warm-up, injury prevention exercises, and foam rolling techniques to prepare the body for training and improve flexibility.

Acceleration drills, multi-directional movement patterns, footwork exercises, and coordination training designed to improve athletic performance.

Age-appropriate bodyweight exercises, resistance band training, and progressive strength development tailored to young athletes.

Weekly rotating sports including volleyball, baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, and more. Focus on ball handling, hitting mechanics, vertical jump, and sport-specific techniques.

Guided cooldown stretches, breath work, and recovery education to help athletes understand the importance of proper recovery.

Short weekly tips on hydration, fuel for performance, and developing healthy habits that support athletic development.
