Join us for the 2nd annual Summer Kickoff Advanced Athletics Club Sand Volleyball Tournament and show off your skills!

* Skill Level: Women's 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U, Adult Coed

* Cost: $50 per Player ( team of 2 ) ea. player enter and pay separately 

* Format: Pool play and bracket play

* Start Time: 8:00am

FORMAT

• Pool Play + Single Elimination Playoffs.  Teams from the same pool MIGHT compete against each other in Playoffs!
  
• In playoffs, teams are REQUIRED to stay & ref the next game/match after they lose. That is expected and part of participating in tournament play.
  

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS / REFUNDS

• Registrations cancelled by Thursday of tournament week at 8pm are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after Thursday at 8pm are not refunded.
  
• It is up to one of the team members to withdraw the team from the tournament. 'Withdrawing' prior to 8pm on Thursday automatically prompts a full refund.
  
• Regardless of whether or not a refund is available, registered teams who are not able to participate are expected to communicate that information to AAC Director as early as possible. Email:  alexis@advancedathleticsclub.com
  
• A no-show is defined as withdrawing from a tournament fewer than 8 hours before check-in via email, in person or over the phone.

**FACILITY POLICIES**

**CHILDREN** MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

**DRINKS & COOLERS** ARE ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT IN THE FACILITY.  ALL BAGS BROUGHT ON TO THE PROPERTY ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.

**PARKING** We have plenty of parking!!!

**TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR** Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust any aspect of the tournament or tournament play before or during the tournament and without prior notice.

**PLAYER CONDUCT** Any player, spectator, coach or parent who displays poor sportsmanship will be removed from the premises immediately. This includes but is not limited too; yelling at refs, players, tournament officials, other parents or coaches, kicking balls, cursing and threatening physical violence in any way.
