Massage Therapy Cancellation Policy

Effective June 1, 2026.

To respect the therapists’ time and accommodate all clients fairly, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced for all massage therapy appointments booked through Advanced Athletics Club:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours:
  • May be rescheduled one time with no cancellation fee.
  • If not rescheduled, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

By booking a massage therapy appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Gratuity Notice

Gratuities are greatly appreciated and are an important part of supporting our massage therapists. A customary gratuity is typically around $20 per hour of service, though guests are always welcome to tip based on the quality of care and experience received.

Other Services & Merchandise

Refunds for non-massage services, memberships, camps, tournaments, and merchandise are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@advancedathleticsclub.com or call (713) 202-5437 to discuss a refund request.
