Homework First. Then They Train.

Monday through Thursday, 3:30 to 5:15 PM. Your athlete gets a quiet place to finish schoolwork and a snack, then a real training session run by AAC coaches. Grades 5 and up. $175 a month, no contract.

WHO IT'S FOR

Four Afternoons a Week, Already Handled

Most athletes lose the hours between the last bell and dinner. This program turns them into the most productive part of the day. Athletes come straight from school, get their homework done and eat, then train with coaches who do this for a living.

It is built around AAC team athletes, and it is open to any student athlete in grades 5 and up.

A DAY IN THE PROGRAM

From the Last Bell to 5:15

Every afternoon runs the same way, so athletes and parents always know where they stand.

  1. 3:30 PM Arrive, Study, RefuelAthletes head to a designated area for study and relaxation to get homework and assignments done, with a healthy snack and a drink.
  2. 4:15 PM Athletic DevelopmentStretching, lifting, plyometrics and eye-hand coordination drills, then daily sport play — volleyball, pickleball, basketball, softball, baseball, soccer or cross-country training.
  3. 5:15 PM Trained and Ready for Pick-UpThe session concludes at 5:15 PM with your athlete trained, relaxed and ready to go home.

The program starts on the first day of school and runs Monday through Thursday during the school year.

Questions Parents Ask

How do I sign up?
Right here on the site. Choose Sign Up, enter your athlete's name, age and a contact number, and check out. That is the whole registration. Then just have your athlete here at 3:30 on the first day of school.

How does the billing work?
$175 a month, charged automatically. Your first month is charged when you check out, then on that same date every month after. There is no contract, so you can cancel at any time.

Does AAC provide transportation?
No. AAC does not provide transportation. Student athletes must arrange their own transportation to our facility.

What ages and grades can join?
The program is designed for athletes ages 9 and up, and it is open to grades 5 and up.

Does my athlete have to be on an AAC team?
No. It is built for AAC volleyball, baseball, softball and pole vault athletes, and it is open to any student athlete in grades 5 and up.

What happens between 3:30 and 4:15?
Athletes go to a designated area for study and relaxation to get homework done, and they get a healthy snack and a drink.

What does the training include?
Stretching, lifting, plyometrics, eye-hand coordination drills, and daily sport play such as volleyball, pickleball, basketball, softball, baseball, soccer or cross-country training.

Is my athlete supervised?
Yes. Athletes are closely monitored by AAC professionals for the entire session.
