All-State selection in football, basketball, and baseball. Played quarterback at Wisconsin in 2020 before switching to baseball. Graduated from University of Houston in 2024 after two seasons on the baseball team.

Pitched at University of Iowa in 2025 before being drafted in the 10th round by the Chicago White Sox.
