About Our Coach
My name is Fabian Aguirre, and I am thrilled to join the Advanced Athletic team! I have 17 years of experience coaching softball. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with players of all skill levels, from beginners to elite athletes. I have had the opportunity to assist 20+ athletes in the recruitment process giving them the opportunity to play softball at the collegiate level. My coaching journey has been shaped by a passion for the game and a commitment to nurturing both individual talent and team spirit.
I firmly believe that softball is not just about mastering skills on the field but also about fostering a supportive and cohesive team environment where each player can thrive. Together, we will focus on developing not only our technical proficiency but also our strategic thinking and sportsmanship.

Accomplishments
I’ve had the opportunity to coach top softball teams for many years as a part of one of the best organizations. Through my years of coaching I’ve led my teams to win multiple championships and finish in top placement in many events. These teams had players from numerous area high schools such as B.F. Terry, George Ranch, Foster, Cypress Ranch, Needville, El Campo, Shiner, Palacios, Waller, Dulles, Bellville & Sealy High School. Within the past 10 years I have been a major contributor to the softball community by assisting athletes from surrounding cities in their recruitment from high school, resulting in 20+ student athletes receiving collegiate scholarships.
