He has dedicated his career to helping athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field. His background spans football, basketball, track & field, and speed & agility development, giving him the knowledge and versatility to train athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Coach JJ specializes in building explosive speed, improving athletic movement, increasing strength, and developing sport-specific skills that translate directly to game-day performance. His training philosophy is built on discipline, consistency, proper technique, accountability, and a relentless work ethic — helping athletes develop the confidence and mindset needed to compete at their highest level.
