About Our Coach
Originally from Greenhills, Ohio, Missy Lott has spent her life pursuing health, fitness, and personal growth. After living in Florida, she moved to California to attend graduate school, earning her Master's Degree in Psychology. Her journey eventually brought her to Texas, where she found both her true love and a welcoming community she is proud to call home.
Athletics have been a central part of Missy's life since the age of four. With her father serving as both her soccer and softball coach, she developed a passion for competition and teamwork at an early age, earning All-Star recognition in both sports. Her competitive spirit continued through mountain bike racing in California at Big Bear and Irvine Lake, where she consistently finished among the top competitors in her divisions, along with numerous 5K races.
Over the years, Missy has immersed herself in a wide variety of fitness disciplines — weightlifting, Pilates, CrossFit, yoga, hot yoga, barre, spin, OrangeTheory, F45, and more — giving her a unique understanding of how movement, strength, flexibility, and conditioning work together.
Her Pilates classes provide a complete full-body workout that is both fun and challenging, improving strength, mobility, posture, balance, and core stability. What makes her classes unique is her focus on creating a “personal training experience” within a group setting — every participant receives individualized attention, and exercises can be modified for all fitness levels, goals, and limitations.
Missy's mission is simple: help every member become stronger, move better, and feel their best while having fun along the way. Let's Go!
